Adams County Children Services is the agency responsible, by law, for helping children who are at risk of being abused, neglected or dependent. Whenever possible, our goal is to keep the children in their homes. However, when necessary, the children may need to be placed in an alternative setting until they can be reunified safely with their family. We are in need of families to volunteer to be an alternative setting for these children.

​Foster families are needed to provide emotional and medical care to our special animals from pregnant dogs/cats, puppies/kittens to horses!
Volunteers to help support our families and patients in a socially distant way are needed. Helping with things like note writing and errands for families is needed.
